Applied Materials' Semiconductor Products Group (SPG) Marketing team is searching for an intern to join us in summer 2025! The SPG Marketing team drives technology branding efforts through various channels and internal/external events.

A successful candidate would possess the inquisitiveness and curiosity to understand the products we develop and then ascertain the inherent value and how best to communicate that value through various communicate styles and collateral. Must possess strong organizational, communication, creativity, and visual graphic skills.

The position will entail the following:

  • Managing and contributing to the marketing Sharepoint site for company-wide communications
  • Develop surveys, poll teams, analyze data and create reports
  • Work closely with the marketing team in supporting event planning and collateral creation
  • Content development - blogs, social media posts and graphics

Requirements

  • Student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Student must be in good academic standing at their university, with a GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite of programs (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, etc.)
  • High attention to detail, with experience in Adobe Creative Cloud, website building, Tableau
  • Quick learner with strong initiative, collaborative and ability to work independently
