Our Worldwide Sales Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) group focuses on implementing strategies, programs, tools, and processes that enable the business to drive sales, improve customer experience, and innovate the way we lead and support one of the largest channel operations in the world. These solutions are typically new technical capabilities and/or the transformation of business processes to support continuously evolving sales motions, expanding Geo coverage and routes-to-market, and growing complexity of sales plays. As a Worldwide Salesforce Business Analyst and Admin, you will deliver key initiatives that support a broad, cohesive sales solution strategy.

Description
Understand the strategy and the changing needs of the business via workshop facilitation and roadmap development for future state by partnering with global management teams and colleagues across geographies. Recommend and develop solutions, thinking strategically, and connecting the dots in the bigger picture, as well as being comfortable in the details. - Propose solutions beyond what is requested by our business partners and build for scale by designing holistically with a focus on flexibility and maintainability. - Set up measurable and achievable success criteria through the scope of results and tracking against these success criteria. - Adopt a standardized development lifecycle methodology for all projects including mobilization to scoping, requirements, use case documentation, design, business readiness, testing and implementation. - Support key business processes promoting Partner Portal application, data integrity, governance, and compliance. - Manage the Salesforce application and be the expert to define, design and configure enhancements to the Salesforce platform that provide significant value by bridging the gap between out-of-the-box Salesforce functionalities and business processes. - Design and implement reports, dashboards and alerts that support the business processes and that deliver business insights. - Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end users, including writing scripts and securing user acceptance sign offs. - Prepare the business for the change and adoption.
- 5+ years of experience as an analyst, admin, and/or architect leading Salesforce implementations and/or multi-country digital transformation projects for Partner Portal
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Platform functionality and Partner Portal including the ability to determine configuration, customization, and/or integrations with external systems
- Experience in SDLC project management and analysis including scoping / timeline management, documenting use cases, process flows/swim lane diagrams, requirements, UAT, change management, etc.
- Experience working on multi-release projects following the Agile methodology
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- At least one certification required: Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder, Certified Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator
Preferred Qualifications
- One or more of the following certifications is a plus: Certified Salesforce Application Architect, Certified System Architect, Certified Data Architect, or Certified Sharing and Visibility Architect
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Channel and Partner Portal sales
- Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and influence across a variety of multi-functional and multi-directional partners
- Experience collaborating on global projects with a geographically dispersed team
- Excellent organization skills with a natural inclination for both strategic and tactical planning to turn strategy into tangible results
- Passion for problem solving and overcoming business challenges in partnership with others
- Master's Degree or equivalent experience is a plus
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $111,400 and $167,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
