Bring passion and dedication to your job, and there's no telling what you could accomplish WW Retail Fulfillment Operations (RFO) is seeking an Inventory Operations Program Manager to lead retail inventory projects, develop inventory processes, manage a communication platform, and support regional readiness activities for new product launches. The Program Manager will partner closely with Operations, Regional RFO, Business Process Re- engineering, Retail Operations, Retail Product, Readiness teams, and IS&T. This role is also responsible for supporting Retail Fulfillment projects and User Acceptance Testing for new inventory system capabilities. We are seeking a self-motivated individual who can optimize and scale inventory management processes, lead the resolution of issues, and has the ability to quickly understand supply chain and technical concepts.

Be the RFO Inventory Operations lead on Retail projects when there is a change or new capability that impacts how Apple Retail Store inventory is delivered, received, counted, returned or systematically managed. Stitch and coordinate project activities across partner teams, regions and provide regular status updates to Senior Leadership. Work across regional RFO Inventory Control teams to deliver process and system improvements that are scalable. Includes standardizing, automating and eliminating inefficiencies in the daily activities in managing the retail supply chain. Work with cross-functional partners to define and/or optimize launch execution deliverables. Partner with WW and regional teams to build launch execution plans and execute. Develop management systems with partner teams to make process improvements and inventory management KPIs that drive inventory availability in stores. Support omnichannel fulfillment programs by providing subject matter expertise on inventory processes, building store process communication, system requirements, User Acceptance Testing and production issue resolution. Responsible for managing a store communication site that has +10k users and publishes articles in multiple languages. Scope includes writing and editing standard operating practice articles, managing partner team submissions and platform maintenance.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years Program/Project/Product Management, in Supply Chain.
- Highly developed drive to improve how things work, with a proven track record of driving process or system improvements or effectiveness,
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence a diverse set of partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Capacity to lead, take action and provide goal-oriented direction to cross-functional partners in the face of ambiguity and complex challenges.
- Ability to make key decisions and deliver results under extremely tight timelines while obsessing over the customer experience.
- Uses data and analytical thinking to solve problems with meticulous attention on the customer impact.
- Skilled at providing succinct verbal and written communication from process documentation to project status updates to presentations across different teams and leadership levels.
- A team player with a "hands-on" and "can do" attitude that enjoys working in a diverse team.
- SAP knowledge preferred
- Experience with Retail store inventory systems and processes a plus.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
