Description

In this role, you will be responsible for crafting business strategies to support WW affordability programs across both Online and Stores, using customer insights to identify and develop both short-term and long-term program opportunities and improvements. You will simplify complex challenges, work effectively within a matrixed organization, and use your analytical expertise to deliver actionable recommendations to Leadership that drive growth. -Identify new business opportunities by looking beyond day-to-day tasks, cultivating strategic priorities, and assessing growth potential. -Develop multiyear plans to ensure long-term program success. -Lead cross-functional teams across Online and Stores to successfully implement critical program initiatives. -Drive program performance improvement through data analysis and close collaboration with Business and Finance teams. -Engage with key partners and cross-functional partners to prioritize and deliver business initiatives within tight timelines.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience with expert knowledge of the Retail industry, Commerce, and/or Financial Services.
  • Proven track record in strategy or customer experience functions, successfully developing and leading business initiatives that address clear long-term objectives.
  • Self-starter with strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.

  • A strong leader with sound judgment, capable of building consensus around solutions and possessing exceptional communication skills that resonate at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to craft compelling presentations that influence Leadership effectively through storytelling.
  • Proven track record of prioritizing, planning, and successfully driving strategies, programs, and projects.
  • Skilled at positively influencing individuals across all functional areas, building relationships, and serving as a key point of contact and subject matter expert.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with the ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels.

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
