The WW Channel Sales & Operations (CSO) focus on developing and deploying worldwide sales programs and standard methodologies to deliver best customer experience in the Channel, and drive Apple Channel sales. With deep functional expertise in digital channel, physical stores and people enablement spaces, CSO closely collaborate with many cross-functional teams at both WW and regional levels. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive development and deployment of our Analytics & Decision Science Platform. In this role, you will demonstrate your deep experience with product lifecycle management and omni-channel retail analytics to identify, benchmark, and standardize top metrics to optimize sales, marketing, people, and customer experience within the channel globally. You will partner cross-functionally and multi-directionally with a variety of partners to lead the product lifecycle from ideation to development to post-launch improvements. You will also be part of our decision support and data intelligence team to drive the future of these exciting domain areas and be responsible for building these capabilities at scale, to revolutionize how our channel teams use data to make decisions using advanced analytics.

Description

- Drive towards a shared vision to build a scalable, secure, and performant set of data and advanced analytics capabilities for customer and partner insights that support key sales programs decisions - Establish and oversee data quality standards and strategies to ensure accurate business outcomes - Craft a persona-based approach to designing Data & Analytics solution stack to meet the needs of different types of external partners - Create and maintain a capabilities' roadmap aligned with future business goals and priorities - Manage continuous prioritization of requests for new features and capabilities by partnering closely with GEO teams around the world - Collaborate with technology partners and internal designers and engineering teams on data architecture, standardization, and curation for prioritized use-cases - Collaborate on understanding channel partners' and external vendors' capabilities and design solutions to enable seamless exchange of data and insights
  • 10+ years of experience in product management for enterprise-scale products; Proficiency in product management and design thinking techniques and tools (e.g. vision setting, PRDs, customer journey maps, product roadmaps, etc.)
  • Experience in design and development of complex decision-making systems, including data-driven digital transformation projects using AI/ML/NLP technology
  • Strong understanding of the modern data and analytics technology stack, including cloud data and BI platforms
  • Strong influencing skills to drive alignment across business, operational, and technical partners
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to simplify complex ideas for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to retail analytics is highly preferred; Experience building data pipelines to advanced data science programs for all types of analytics (descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, prescriptive) is a plus
  • Hands-on experience in Python, SQL, and other languages is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud and Apple Keynote
  • Ability to personally deliver large scale initiatives in a fast-paced environment with high levels of complexity and ambiguity
  • Experienced in the sales, consulting, business performance analytics, business operations, or change management
  • Entrepreneurial approach with an ability to navigate ambiguity and focus on what matters most
  • Proven change agent and a strong strategic problem solver
  • Master's degree (MBA) preferred
