Apple's WW Channel Sales Programs (CSP) organization focuses on developing and deploying worldwide sales programs and standard processes to deliver an extraordinary customer experience in the channel and drive Apple Channel sales. With deep functional expertise in digital, physical, and people enablement spaces, our WW CSP team closely collaborates with many cross-functional groups at worldwide and regional levels. We're seeking a Program Manager to create an inventory of our staffing models and needs across Geos, RTMs and Functions. You will work cross functionally with Geo sales teams, BPR and Channel Sale Operations (CSO) Product teams. You will lead the discovery and design of a new staffing capabilities strategy to support the evolving business needs. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, such as: systems of record definition, automation of business needs and prioritization of AI/ML advanced functions, including predictive coverage. The goal is to contribute to the development of next-generation tools and processes that will support our existing and future staffing initiatives. The candidate should have a passion for Apple, technology, operations, and the customer experience. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to prioritize effectively and work independently. Being self-disciplined and proactive is a must for this position.

Description
- Lead the discovery of current staffing models, tools and processes across WW and Geos - Develop deep understanding of CSO processes and existing staffing tools (i.e. Sales Central), as well as operational understanding of CSO Programs - Lead end-to-end engagement plan for our Channel Next Generation Programs as it pertains to capturing staffing data and developing staffing optimization models, across all staffing programs - Engage cross functionally with the CSO Product team, CSO Programs team, WW BPR and Geo teams to assess the suitability of current staffing planning and data capture tools and developing Next Gen Staffing Models Planning tools. - Lead all geo and partner related aspects of the Next Generation Staffing Data Capture Programs, from the earliest stages of pilot through to all subsequent expansion waves. - Work cross functionally to deliver all vital program sell-ins with the geos and partners. - Manage all geo-facing operations projects, setting priorities with measurable objectives, monitor and report on process, progress, and results. - Lead the roll out strategy and co-develop RTM, partner and POS expansion proposal with geo leads. - Partner closely with Consumer Sales Enablement team on the staff training and communications plan - both delivering training sessions and driving staff engagement. - Ensure leadership, as well as key partners, have consistent access to and understanding of progress, roadblocks, and reporting against key achievements and goals.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading E2E projects related to retail staffing, training, engagement, and/or digital solutions programs
- Mastery in partner engagement and communications across leadership and partner teams
- Experience in different modalities of training/engagement content delivery - including virtual, in- person, digital
- Experience designing and bringing programs to market from critical thinking to requirements, sell-in and execution
- Highest level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust
- Solid track record meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Bachelor's Degree required
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working in a geo highly preferred
- Program management experience focused on technical solutions
- Master's degree preferred
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
