The WW Channel Strategy & Operations (CSO) focus on developing and deploying worldwide sales programs to deliver best customer experience in the Channel, and drive Apple Channel sales. With deep functional expertise in digital, physical and people enablement spaces, WW CSO closely collaborate with many cross-functional teams at both WW and regional levels. We are looking for an outstanding AI product manager to create, design, and develop AI conversational commerce solutions base on business needs. You will be responsible for driving the business use cases and strategy for AI-powered capabilities at scale, transforming the way we sell across our channel sales platforms. You will need to have good business acumen to create and deliver innovative AI/ML solutions that enhance the customer journey to drive sales growth.

Description

1. AI/ML Product Strategy & Vision: - Define and drive the AI/ML product vision, strategy, and roadmap for conversational commerce solutions across our channel sales platforms base on business benefits and needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, training, and engineering teams) to understand business needs, customer struggles, and industry trends to shape a compelling product vision. - Translate business goals into technical requirements, driving the AI architecture needed to deliver scalable, ground breaking AI/ML solutions. 2. LEADERSHIP & EXECUTION: - Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML product managers in building AI-driven capabilities at scale for sales enablement and learning platforms. - Ensure that the team's efforts align with the company's overall goals by completing the AI/ML product roadmap and meeting critical metrics. - Establish a product development process that uses Agile methodologies and fosters rapid iteration and innovation. 3. AI-POWERED SALES & LEARNING SOLUTIONS: - Design AI/ML-driven features and solutions to enhance the sales and training processes, including predictive analytics, personalized learning paths, and intelligent sales assistants. - Drive product development of intelligent systems that optimize personalized content delivery, and other AI-driven selling and learning capabilities. - Oversee the integration of machine learning models into the sales and learning systems, ensuring seamless and impactful user experiences. 4. SCALABILITY & INNOVATION: - Architect solutions that are scalable, secure, and maintainable, using AI/ML to enable adaptive learning experiences and sales insights across multiple channels. - Stay on the cutting edge of AI/ML technologies, incorporating standard processes and innovations to continuously improve product offerings. - Build partnerships with external technology vendors and AI research institutions to stay ahead of trends and foster collaboration. 5. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION: - Work closely with sales leaders, learning and development teams, to ensure alignment on product requirements and value propositions. - Partner with data science, engineering, and program teams to ensure smooth execution from ideation to production. - Communicate the product vision, strategy, and value to partners and senior leadership, gaining alignment and support for AI/ML initiatives. 6. METRICS & PERFORMANCE: - Establish and monitor product success metrics (adoption, engagement, revenue impact) and use data-driven insights to drive continuous product improvement. - Manage and prioritize the product backlog, working with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of high-impact features.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in product management, business or market development.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire AI/ML product teams. Strong leadership in setting vision and driving product strategy.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of AI/ML models, data pipelines, cloud technologies, and product architecture. Experience with NLP, machine learning, deep learning frameworks, and analytics tools.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Master's degree or PhD in AI/ML is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building AI/ML-focused product solutions is preferred.
  • Domain Knowledge: Experience in sales enablement, training, or learning solutions with a deep understanding of how AI can enhance these processes. Consulting experience preferred.
  • Collaboration: Strong cross-functional collaborator with excellent communication skills to influence key partners and drive alignment across teams.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to translate complex business problems into actionable AI/ML-driven product solutions.
  • Agility: Experience working in Agile environments, with a focus on iterative product development and rapid experimentation.

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $238,300 and $358,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
