Your knowledge, insight and expertise will help power us forward in supporting Workday business processes and complex transactions across multiple systems. You are essential in helping us achieve operational excellence. Responsibilities may include: - Define requirements and gain alignment across stakeholders by proactively partnering with all levels and all global partners - Leverage Workday position management expertise to evaluate and recommend solutions to solve business problems - Use analytics to drive strategic decision-making - Ensure compliance with hiring policies by maintaining accurate position data and approvals - Engage partner teams to make sure the right perspectives are captured for input on decisions - Partnering closely with collaborators to recommend system and process improvements - Helping develop procedures, standard methodologies, content and training - Embracing a variety of internal and external software applications with the ability to learn new tools quickly
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of deep expertise in Workday - HCM
- Ability to use data and analysis to drive decision-making and prioritization crossing multiple functions
- Ability to influence decisions and facilitate change management through collaboration and leadership
- Ability to work independently, complete multiple tasks simultaneously, and cut through ambiguity
- Experience crafting effective business requirements
- Proven success in creating efficient business processes and willing to challenge the status quo
- Bachelors Degree

- Consistent track record of being an effective cross-functional collaborator
- Very proactive, responsive, and upbeat with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience working with all levels of an organization
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,200 and $255,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
