We are in search of an expert producer to support our growing team and drive the success of our creatively challenging and complex projects. You will work hand in hand with our production team, tracking projects and balancing workloads, to ensure both our team and partners are communicating effectively.

Minimum Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience working as a production manager or similar in feature film, VFX, or games.
- History of project leadership, creative thinking, and cross-functional collaboration
- Outstanding communication and time management skills
- Demonstration of organization, foresight, and thoughtfulness in the management of the day to day team assignments and deliverables
- Familiarity with VFX team structures, associated software packages, and workflows
- Utilization of production management software to track project and team status such as Autodesk Flow (Shotgrid), Cinesync, Frame.io, Ftrack, iWork, Box
- Organization of project assets within software and server directories
- Ownership of daily project presentations and meetings including scheduling details and the gathering and dissemination of review materials, as well as accurate notes
- Experience with team travel logistics and gear management
- Proven proactive problem solver in a fast paced environment
- Interest in novel technology and an ability to approach complex projects from an innovative viewpoint
- Some travel required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling outsource partners across live action, visual effects, and audio vendors
- Experience working with procurement and legal
- Experience leading high profile security protocols
- Familiarity with project finance management and reporting
- Experience with managing senior level executives
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $166,600 and $296,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
