Description
We promptly respond to inbound inquiries from our Enterprise web page and evaluate the needs and potential of prospective business customers. We then qualify these leads and transfer them to the appropriate channel. Applying our internal tools and lead process, we effectively identify high-quality leads and prioritize outreach efforts, facilitating a smooth transition from lead to sales. We engage prospective customers by showcasing Apple's unique value proposition and piquing their interest in Apple's Enterprise solutions. We collaborate with sales, marketing, and our channel partners to ensure the quality and alignment of leads, thereby facilitating an efficient approach to lead nurturing and customer engagement. We track and analyze lead generation metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize outreach strategies, conversion rates, and events. We stay updated on Apple's product offerings, industry trends, and partner services to enhance the customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- You are a go-getter with experience in consultative selling customer transformation solutions. In your experience, you've balanced delivering on short-term goals while crafting balanced value for customers and demand for the future.
- You understand how to encourage and empower a customer or a partner towards a product or ecosystem and to deploy that ecosystem for growth.
- You bring 2-5 years of experience in Sales Development or Account Executive roles at large Enterprises.
