Description

In this role, you will: - Drive resolution of customer issues regarding contracts, order placement and fulfillment, accounts receivable and the Education online store. - Build relationships with cross-functional teams, manage and drive issues to resolution in a timely manner and provide consistent communication with customers and the sales teams. - Contribute to the continuing development of the Customer Success team by offering timely feedback and solutions that define, develop, and resolve business issues impacting sales. - Collaborates to support business processes in a manner which minimizes disruption, creates efficiencies and maintains operating flexibility. - Be a subject matter expert for our business processes and market requirements.
  • 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales, sales support, administration, or similar function
  • Experience working directly with customers and sales teams, understanding common sales terms and methodologies
  • Passion for education, Apple technology, and the customer experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in program, project, or process management is desired
  • Experience in technology, education, or related industry is preferred
  • MacOS and Salesforce experience is desired
  • Working knowledge of Apple products is a plus
  • Strong business acumen, analytical and problem solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Outstanding customer focus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong relationship building and collaboration skills; Ability to build effective relationships and partnerships with cross-functional teams
  • Creativity and self motivation with the ability to cut through ambiguity and thrive independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
