Our US Consumer Retail organization collaborates with our channel partners to seek new opportunities, develop account plans, and execute programs to grow the business, resulting in industry leading customer experiences and expanded adoption of the Apple ecosystem. As a US Consumer Digital CX Specialist, you will be responsible for growing digital sales with top consumer retail partners including defining and implementing traffic generating and educational pro- grams, campaigns, understanding performance, and optimizing the customer journey to achieve con- version goals. You will drive the end-to-end delivery of digital sales and digital site execution programs by collaborating with retail partners to build and implement digital account plans, feature enhance- ment roadmaps, and online sales programs. You will draw insights from web analytics and leverage your deep functional expertise in eCommerce to drive collaboration with business partners that will grow the share on the platform, create momentum, and build upon Apple's growth within the digital channel. This position can be located onsite at our Apple campus in Austin, TX or Cupertino, CA.

Description

In this role, you will: - Drive the Apple customer experience (CX) within our channel business focused on growing sales and strategic program performance. - Work closely with cross functional partners to develop innovative digital merchandising strategies, calendars, and plans that support and promote sales of Apple products. - Recommend and execute constant improvements to achieve business goals, add unique capabili- ties, and achieve and exceed sales growth by closely focusing on traffic and conversion drivers. - Drive localized execution of global programs in partnership with marketing teams. - Utilize online KPI's, web analytics, and performance metrics to analyze, develop, and execute on growth programs, insights, and opportunities on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. - Together with sales AE, lead weekly and monthly business reviews with cross-functional Apple teams and Retail partners, as well as global teams. - Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure that the customer experience and merchandising plans support forecasts.
  • 8+ years of related experience in sales/merchandising.
  • Minimum of 5 years of digital/site merchandising or equivalent experience.
  • Passion for eCommerce across digital channels, traditional online retailers, and social commerce.
  • Experience collaborating with creative and UX teams to build exceptional customer experiences and define shopping journeys.
  • Proven success delivering growth by driving innovative digital merchandising marketing and operations backed by eCommerce data analytics and financial KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and creativity to develop robust analytic approaches and translate strategy into practical and measurable action.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, and the ability to articulate results of analyses in easy to understand business terms for a variety of cross-functional and multi-directional partners.
  • Ability to network effectively, build internal and external relationships, and influence key stakeholders regarding partner strategy, resources, and budgets.
  • Excellent project management skills including work prioritization and planning.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with a preferred focus on selling to major eCommerce/marketplaces and retail partners.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics.

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
