The Retail Decision Automation group is looking for a Test Automation and Production Support Specialist for our decisioning system. In this role, you will use your analytical, data oriented, and critical thinking skills to test and validate system decisioning.

Description

In this role, you will execute test plans to validate the accuracy and performance of ML systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address testing progress and status. As a member of the team, you will also contribute to an inclusive environment through respecting each others' differences and having the curiosity to learn while also demonstrating Apple's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.
  • Experience in ML Reliability and Test Automation or ML Test Automation and Production Support required.
  • Experience working in a technical customer service role (troubleshooting customer problems that require varied degree of problem-solving).
  • Experience performing digital system testing, specifically in the domain of ML reliability.
  • Experience with Excel and/or SQL.
