In this role, you will act as the primary technical interface between our organization and key strategic partners. Working closely with Product Marketing, Developer Relations, engineering, Worldwide Sales Teams, you will help drive successful technical integrations and foster relationships that enable the adoption and optimization of our platform. This position is ideal for a collaborative and diligent professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex technical challenges.

Description

Serve as the technical point of contact for key Platform partners, providing guidance on integrating our technologies into their solutions. Collaborate with Industry leads, Field Engineering, Developer Relations, Product teams and other key collaborators to ensure partners have the resources and support they need to succeed in adopting and optimizing our platform. Engage with internal Enterprise and Sales Teams to align partner needs with business goals, driving successful outcomes for both parties. Build strong relationships with key product and engineering executives at partner and conduct technical workshops, architecture reviews, and performance evaluations with partners to ensure they bring to bear standard methodologies in their integration efforts. Lead technical discussions, offer creative problem-solving, and remove barriers to ensure smooth technical collaboration. Act as a trusted technical advisor to partners, providing authoritative knowledge in development practices, system architecture, and product capabilities. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver training, user documentation, and resources that help partners navigate complex technical environments. Understands partners' value proposition in the market and how the Apple platform can enhance it. Has a deep technical background to present and apply reference architectures and standard methodologies to partners' solutions. Evaluates developer test flights and provides feedback on proof of concepts and or new features and functionality directly to our partners in-house or third party developers, designers and product managers. Deep understanding of Generative AI and Machine learning along with curiosity to stay ahead of on AI technologies, emerging technologies, industry and partners capabilities in this space. Drive communications for key collaborators (internal and external) on partner project updates and Apple platform updates

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Approximately 10+ years of experience in a technical role, with strong knowledge of software development, systems integration, and solution architecture.
  • Validated experience in collaborating with multi-functional teams and leading complex partner relationships.
  • Strong understanding of API integrations, cloud services, and technical environments relevant to enterprise and partner ecosystems.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical partners.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to drive solutions and solve technical issues in real-time.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with partners and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in working with large ISVs and developers or customer-facing technical roles.
  • Knowledge of enterprise software, cloud platforms, and digital transformation strategies and how Apple platform fits in.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Strong analytical mentality with the ability to use data to drive decisions.

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,200 and $255,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
