Description

APPLE INC has the following available in Boulder, Colorado. Design, develop and engineer customer facing hardware products. Collaborate directly and independently with industrial design, marketing, manufacturing and technology groups to build product-level definition and set the specifications and requirements of the physical product. Coordinate and oversee integration of all mechanical structures, advanced materials, and electro-mechanical subsystems, including PCB/flex, antenna, sensors modules, and product level tradeoffs. Coordinate hardware, core technology, reliability, operations, automation, quality and marketing to produce and validate mass production capable design. Provide leadership and direction of design activities through all stages of the product life-cycle, from concept definition through production release and end of life. International Travel Required 10%. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $124,600 - $187,600/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
