We are looking for an exceptional analyst with a record of successful influence, collaboration and execution. You should have strategic thinking skills and experience, with a solid background in operations, supply chain, systems, and/ or project management. In this position, you will collaborate with our cross-functional counterparts and project teams to help shape our material data and systems plan of execution that will be used to enable our go-to-market strategy. This candidate will manage data setup in SAP and stage testing of all e-commerce applications across all lines of business, for the full lifecycle of our products: buy- ability go live, new product introduction, through end of life.

The AMR Operations Material Data & Systems Readiness Analyst should be a driven, flexible, comfortable with ambiguity, and articulate problem solver who can multi-task under dynamic timelines to meet product launch objectives, delivering timely solutions for custom requirements across a broad range of capabilities and customized offerings. Collaboration with multiple groups incl: AMR Operations cross-functional organizations, incl: Supply Demand Management/Execution, Reseller Operations, Logistics, Retail, AOS, Business Process Re-Engineering, Corporate Compliance, Product Ops, Product Marketing, Pricing, Legal, and others that are critical to build and deliver solutions to meet the needs of evolving business opportunities. As a member of the team, you will: • Present, defend, and influence supply chain capability and technology roadmap to Apple's leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. • Partners with cross-organizational teams to roll out new products, processes, systems, and solutions to market while ensuring complete confidentiality; driving organizational, systems, and people readiness. • Drive quality in process demonstrating accountability, deep root cause analysis, and quality focused process engineering • Develop time dependency models for key milestones, building contingency plans and knowing when to recommend changes and/ or when to escalate. • Evaluate customer and supply chain risks, implementing contingency plans to mitigate consumer impact, including ad-hoc / analytical problem solving during unprecedented events. • Identify process improvement/change management opportunities (tools, work-streams, systems) and drive solutions from conception through implementation. • Stitch across a global cross-functional/matrixed teams throughout the supply chain, both technical and functional, adjusting communication and messaging for intended audience/stakeholders. • Demonstrate and explain complex business plans/processes, systems, and/or tools with a focus on the upstream/downstream impact and relationship between multiple functions and/or decisions. • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to gain perspective on scalability, risk, and unique regional differences; drive best practices globally and strengthen harmony among integrations. • Ensure customer and internal confidential data is protected throughout our supply chain. • Drive Support innovation opportunities within our supply chain aimed towards achieving Apple's Sustainability and eco-friendly goals of Carbon Neutrality throughout our supply chain by 2030.

Key Qualifications

  • 3+ year's experience leading execution in the areas of operations, supply chain, data management, program and/or project
  • management
  • Consistent record of leading diverse and complex projects, combined with the ability to execute tactical activities and tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and collaboration abilities
  • Confidence in managing and navigating ambiguity successfully
  • Demonstrated ability in business process re-engineering with an acute attention to detail and continuous innovation
  • Excellent forward thinking capabilities, able to see beyond the current state, proactively identifying risks/opportunities
  • Proven experience working optimally in a matrixed and global organization

Education & Experience

Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or relevant field required. MBA or Advanced Degree preferred.
