Join our full-time Supply Chain Development (SCD) team at Apple as a Supply Chain Analyst - Project Coordinator, a significant role in supporting our Owner Furnished Item (OFI) manufacturing initiatives. You will be a key contributor to our team's success, responsible for supplier data management, project schedule tracking, and project budget tracking.

Description

- Project Management Support: Use Wrike project management software to create comprehensive schedules, track achievements, and ensure timely completion of project initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with Global Architecture Design, Innovation and Visual Merchandising, and other teams. - Budget Tracking: Implement and supervise initiative budgets closely, providing regular reports to the SCD Manager and cross-functional partners. Own and control the fiscal aspects of your projects. - Supplier Support: Assist our SCD team in supplier readiness, potential supplier identification, RFQ and RFP distribution and management, and onboarding processes. Help ensure compliance with Apple's supplier code of conduct, environmental standards, and work closely to develop and maintain strong supplier relationships. - Environmental Data Management: Spearhead and maintain regular tracking of supplier environmental data, including certification progress. Analyze and report on supplier environmental compliance and performance trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive environmental sustainability initiatives within our supply chain. - Scheduling and Gate Review: Validate and support the overall project initiative timeline. Assist in facilitating meetings, tracking progress against programmatic gates, and ensuring project delivery on time. - Contract Administration: Support the handling of proposals, change orders, and driving initial contract coordination tasks for supplier counter-sourcing project initiatives. - Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong working relationships with internal and external partners, including suppliers, to ensure smooth project execution. - Resource Utilization: Expected to provide self-leadership, manage your workload, and optimize time to achieve project goals. - Continuous Learning and Development: Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and stay updated on industry standard processes.

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $85,700 and $129,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
