Apple's Employee Experience and Productivity team are seeking a Principal Product Manager who will be a crucial leader of a unique team that is responsible for defining, researching, and delivering Collaboration and Productivity tools to all the business units at Apple. Some of the tools we deliver provide features to enhance large segments of our daily workflow; this includes tools built internally and sourced externally, and focus areas such as Meeting Experience, File Sync & Share, Chat, Content Collaboration, Work Management, and Artificial Intelligence.

In this role, you will be leading the creation and management of tools to support and reshape how employees work together. As new business requirements evolve, you will craft the story, explore alternative solutions and define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your portfolio of products. You should possess finely-tuned critical thinking skills and have significant breadth and depth as a best-in-class Product Manager. You will champion Apple's employee experience with collaboration tools, defining success through data-driven metrics and cross-functional collaboration to improve the current employee experience and envision innovative solutions that rival the excitement of a new Apple product.

Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in a product management role leading product development cycles from concept to launch.
- 8+ years experience working cross functionally with peers teams such as software engineering and UX Design.
- BS or MS degree in computer science, information management, or a technical field or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expert in identifying complex employee requirements, aligning them to business objectives, and building functional engineering requirements.
- Unquestionable prioritization skills, with the ability to balance and delegate multiple projects and programs of varying lengths while managing trade-offs that align strategically to the vision of your portfolio and the product organization.
- Advanced skills with analyzing product data to advise both long-term strategy with big bets and short-term solutions that will delight employees. Proven ability to break down complex problems into steps that drive agile product development in partnership with user experience and software engineering teams.
- Keen ability to rally teams and shepherd product development from discovery to launch with an unparalleled focus on customer experience and strategy.
- Highly confident in being able to lead teams and drive alignment cross-functionally in ambiguous problem spaces.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead with influence up to C-Level executives.
- Mentor and guide other product managers and senior product managers with your expertise while also driving improvement within the wider product organization.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
