We're seeking a Program Management leader for the newly formed ASE Central Release Quality team to drive a global quality strategy for client and server releases. This role involves defining KPIs, generating data-driven insights, and leading Executive Quality Reviews while supporting compliance initiatives. You'll oversee projects from chartering to testing, manage change, and lead high-visibility partner presentations. Additionally, you'll document annual compliance requirements and maintain a comprehensive program framework. The ideal candidate excels at building teams from scratch, transforming ambiguity into clear plans, and fostering consensus in collaborative environments. You should be comfortable with changing priorities, possess expertise in Software Lifecycle services, and communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive leadership. Description

As a Sr. Manager, you will lead multiple concurrent projects, manage scope, requirements, timelines, and resources, and track progress while handling stakeholder management and risk assessments. You'll work closely with the compliance team to promote best practices and continuously improve program management processes. Additionally, you'll lead a team of highly skilled engineers and program managers, providing guidance, fostering collaboration, and driving excellence in their work. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Quality Assurance Engineering and the software development lifecycle (SDLC). You should excel at turning ambiguity into clear plans, managing complex projects, and communicating effectively with diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership. Comfort with a fast-paced, evolving environment and a track record of delivering impactful results are essential. In this role, you'll also be responsible for generating actionable reports from test metrics. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills will be key as you work independently and lead cross-functional teams to success.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Over 10 years of Engineering Program / Project Management (EPM) experience, successfully delivering software and services through the entire project lifecycle.
  • 7+ years of leadership roles managing EPM teams and overseeing multiple large-scale software development projects concurrently, ensuring alignment on shared technologies, technical deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Extensive experience partnering with engineers & developers to drive SDLC change management, ensuring smooth transitions and seamless delivery.
  • Proven ability to address technical challenges, working across teams to build and manage relationships, navigate delivery dependencies, and ensure project success.
  • Versatile problem solver with a strong analytical mindset, adept at tackling challenges in complex environments through creative and critical thinking. Skilled in deconstructing problems, resolving conflicts, and leading teams to innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and effectively communicate with executive leadership.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with preparing and executing PCI, SOC2, SOX, or other compliance audits.

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $173,100 and $301,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
