Description
As Apple's Senior I&D Inclusive Products Technical Lead you will provide strategic input on Apple's I&D Inclusive Products practices across multiple business areas while owning and leading cross-functional projects. We operate within a scalable structure that integrates and strengthens our diversity, inclusion and equity lenses throughout various functions at Apple. This role on the I&D Team will benefit from close partnerships with the business: Communications, Community Operations, Product, Engineering, Marketing and Legal, among other departments. You will initiate, plan, and support User Studies requiring I&D community support and input. Establish a community of practice that sets standards and guidance across multiple business functions. Be a key contributor to advise and guide development of new products, and ensure that those products are feasible, viable and desirable from an I&D inclusion perspective. Build progress dashboards to advise key stakeholders of inclusive products progress. As a Sr. I&D Inclusive Products Lead, you will work with product development teams to inform success criteria for UserStudies in support of scaling the Inclusive Products community.
- 3 years of relevant industry experience
- Experience in one of more of the following: UserStudies, recruitment practices, project management, multi-cultural strategies, program development or management advertising
- An ability to rapidly acquire familiarity with emergent technologies and software algorithms.
- Bachelors degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with establishing a community of practice that sets standards and guidance across multiple business functions
- Experienced human factors engineer with production experience in ML and responsible technology (fairness, diversity, equity) deployments in production systems
- Experience working with product development teams to inform success criteria for UserStudies in support of feature and product development.
- Ability to review development and collaborate on the roll-out of a range of products requiring the application of a diversity, equity and inclusion lens
- Skilled in dealing with ambiguity and moving projects from conceptualization to execution.
- Ability to manage special and cross-functional projects and act as liaison between internal I&D teams for reviewing products and programs. Counsel product and marketing teams on standard methodologies
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,200 and $255,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
