Description

Expect a hands-on role, deeply immersed in product specifications and requirements. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of innovating and strategizing new processes, encouraging relationships to drive results. As a valued member of our team, you will possess the outstanding opportunity to contribute to the development of forthcoming products that will captivate and inspire Apple's Enterprise customers every day. Partner with multiple Engineering leads to drive cross functional programs through delivery; inclusive of timelines, planning, requirements, and dependencies. Manage risks, mitigations, and drive alignment across the organization and between teams Provide clear, timely and objective communication, including regular program status updates and critical issues as needed to executive team Coordinate discussions and break down complex issues into discussion topics to drive engineering and design alignment with support from project team, maintaining an orientation toward teamwork and collaboration Proactively identify issues and solutions, and mobilize resources vital to attack and resolve. Coordinate with teams to identify issues, prioritize tasks and track risks to schedule and product quality, including cross-functional dependencies
  • 7+ years of technical program/project management for software or software/hardware products
  • Sound executive presence with the ability to communicate at the senior leadership levels.
  • Prior experience working in product areas alongside Human Interface, User Interface, and User Experience partners.
  • You understand technical issues at a sufficiently deep level to identify gaps
  • You have executive presence and are comfortable speaking and presenting to leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience shipping consumer software on a large scale, used by millions of users.
  • Proven expertise working effectively and autonomously across multiple teams in situations of ambiguity, with only high-level direction.
  • Passion for partnering with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Design teams to prioritize and create implementation plans for new features, programs and capabilities.
  • You are comfortable in ambiguous situations and can brainstorm solutions in high pressure situations

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
