Description

Work with various Apple teams to onboard logs to Splunk, understand their requirements, develop searches and dashboards. Work on performance enhancement of Splunk searches, dashboards, and ingestion. Troubleshoot Splunk deployments. Develop and manage custom python scripts to integrate with Splunk.
  • 2+ years of experience with Splunk apps development and Splunk management.
  • Hands-on experience in managing distributed Splunk enterprise cluster infrastructure and other related components.
  • In-depth knowledge of Splunk search processing language (SPL) and visualization.
  • BS degree in engineering, information systems or computer science or any related field with 3+ years of experience in Information Technology field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in a programming language (e.g. Python).
  • Proven ability to manage projects with on-time delivery.
  • Demonstrated capability to look beyond the curve and add value to user teams.
  • Familiarity and implementation knowledge of cloud technologies.
