The Hardware Technology (HWT) Operations and Planning team is looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our team as a Space and Data Analytics PM. We are responsible for driving and delivering key operational initiatives and policies from conceptualization through implementation, with a focus on maintaining our current real estate portfolio and proposing adjustments while supporting teams through transitions. You will be our primary point of contact to teams across HWT for their space planning needs including workplace, labs, and site-wide amenities. Tasked with maintaining utilization strategies by supporting executive level reporting, analytics, and strategic real estate portfolio decisions. You will work multi-functional with real estate, construction management, and facilities to deliver world class customer support to our teams! You will also be tasked with providing actionable data visualizations and insights to our internal customers through the creation of dashboards and reports to help drive decisions for space forecasting, allocation, and planning. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and proactive problem solver who can think strategically and stay connected to our customers. We are looking for someone who possesses a high level of integrity, creativity, initiative, accountability, communication and interpersonal skills, with a dedication to collaboration and excellence. You will become comfortable with ambiguity in a growing environment.

Description

Primary responsibilities include: • Build and complete coordinated strategies for space and real estate that consider staffing trends and the geographic objectives of the organization • Partner with key business and multi-functional team members to define and execute plans for securing and allocating space to enable world-class work environments • Partner with key leaders in the organization, providing guidance and insight on real estate and business processes • Develop and drive day-to-day initiative efforts, including cross-functional meetings, action items, data management, and reporting • Consolidate and validate data from multiple sources to drive intelligent decision making • Develop data visualizations that will help answer commonly asked questions about space allocation • Support HWT to track headcount needs and keep our data current • Identify and drive process improvement opportunities to create efficiencies and improve overall outcomes
  • Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years relevant experience
  • Architectural, Space Occupancy planning, Real Estate or Headcount planning backgrounds

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Tririga software, Tableau, AutoCAD, or Excel/Numbers
  • Strong leadership and relationship building skills; the ability to inspire drive results with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills and an aptitude for blending qualitative and quantitative data into executive level presentations and messaging
  • Well-organized, self-directed, and adaptable; able to balance multiple projects with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to discern and manage business requirements and projects with competing priorities
  • Strong interest in and ability to take on a range of efforts
  • Ability to work with large data sets
  • Analyze and understand business processes to provide key insights to leadership
  • Drive action through collaboration, proactivity and flexibility while maintaining a sense of urgency

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $107,500 and $223,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
