We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Software Project Manager to join our dynamic engineering team. As a Software Project Manager, you will be the bridge between our non-technical stakeholders and our talented developers. You will be instrumental in understanding customer needs, prioritizing features, and delivering exceptional software products.

Description

Customer Needs Translation: Communicate effectively with non-software engineers, customers, and business stakeholders to understand their needs, pain points, and goals. Synthesize these conversations into actionable deliverables and user stories for our software developers. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional partners, including marketing, sales, design, and operations. Collaborate closely to inform our software features, roadmaps, and overall product strategy. Feature Prioritization and Roadmapping: Help prioritize features based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility. Develop clear and concise roadmaps for each project, ensuring alignment with our overall product vision. Stakeholder Engagement and Presentations: Present regularly to cross-functional partners, including tool introductions, demos, and status updates. Craft compelling presentations for leadership showcasing the team's achievements and progress. Backlog Management: Create, manage, and prioritize known bugs and planned features in our backlogs. Ensure that our backlogs are organized, transparent, and reflect the team's priorities. Documentation Development: Build out comprehensive process and technical documentation for our tools, workflows, and best practices. This will help improve team efficiency, knowledge sharing, and onboarding.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with project management, business analysis, or a related role.
  • Experience with project management tools and software, such as Jira or Confluence.
  • Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, CSPO)
