Description
As a member of the tvOS Ecosystem team, you'll connect Apple's Home devices like AppleTV and HomePod with the broader Apple ecosystem using technologies like Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and UWB. You'll brainstorm, prototype, execute engineering plans, and fix bugs across feature development. Collaborating with designers, QA, firmware, sensor, marketing, and AppleCare teams, you'll focus on product development in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. You'll build tools and systems to avoid redundancy and repetition, prioritizing the customer experience. If you want to help shape the future of Apple's tvOS devices, join the tvOS Ecosystem team!
Minimum Qualifications
- 1+ years or internship experience working with Apple platforms such as iOS, tvOS, watchOS, visionOS, macOS
- Experience working with Swift
- Passion to work on AppleTV and/or HomePod
- Willingness to work with Objective C
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Swift and Objective-C
- Experience working with SwiftUI and/or UIKit
- Experience working on media products or smart home devices
- Experience with multi-process or multi-device software architectures
- Experience working with networking technologies such as Bluetooth or Wi-Fi
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,100 and $264,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
