Ads ML Experimentation team is seeking an experienced Software Engineer who will help drive innovation. This is a hands-on role for developing & supporting product features. This role requires partnering with cross-functional teams to effectively coordinate the complex interdependencies inherent in application development. A successful candidate has strong technical skills and is eager to create intuitive user experiences; they have a keen eye for the details that surprise and delight our customers. While understanding our product features, you will perform rigorous analysis, measure performance and make data-driven decisions.

• 2+ years of experience in web application development with an in-depth understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with software development using one of the following programming languages: Java, Scala, Rust, GoLang, Python.
• Experience with ReactJS, or other Javascript frameworks like AngularJS, Vue JS etc.
• Exposure to technologies such as NodeJS, Redux, Typescript, Webpack, NPM etc.
• Deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, social and presentation skills.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced and challenging work environment.

• Curious business attitude with a proven ability to seek projects with a sense of ownership.
• Skilled at operating in a cross-functional organization.
• Ability to condense complex concepts and analysis into clear and concise takeaways that drive action.
• Experience Collaborating with UX designers to prototype the user experience during the design phase.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,100 and $214,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
