The Power Circuits & Technology team is a key of Apple's low-power chip design team that helps to enable all-day-battery-life on our phone and watch products. We use a combination of data analysis, low-power chip design and RTL-to-GDS flow methodology, and customized scripting, automation, and visualization to bring innovative low-power design techniques to Apple silicon. With the success of our products, we have significantly scaled up the number of simultaneous projects in flight, and are looking at ways to improve the efficiency our internal systems to meet the increased demand. We are looking for a strong coder who has a consistent record of crafting outstanding solutions to real-world problems to help create methodologies and build tools to help us deliver our next generation SoCs. The SoC hardware development team is looking for a motivated candidate to fill an intern position. The primary role is to verify the integrity of the power grid in complex SOC designs and analyze its timing impact.
