ASE Cloud, Systems and Platforms (CSP) org is searching for an Team Administrative Assistant who has a can-do attitude, is flexible, and is a thoughtful problem solver with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will efficiently support leaders and teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This individual will handle calendaring, manage office spaces, order equipment, ad-hoc requests, team building & events and more. Will work closely with other Team Admins, finance, facilities, ASE Space Planning personnel to complete tasks. Passion for helping others is a must!

Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills Experience with calendaring, PR/PO, office management Must have outstanding time management, is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize conflicting assignments Demonstrates tact, discretion, and sound judgment, especially when exposed to confidential and sensitive materials Takes initiative, is a resourceful and innovative problem solver Able to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Displays flexibility and adaptability, positive and approachable personality Able to work both autonomously on assignments and collaboratively with other team members Proficient in Mac OS, Keynote, Pages, Numbers, Calendar, eApproval, Work store, Seat Manager

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $34.60 and $61.50/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
