You will go beyond the industry norm and demonstrate creativity in problem solving, ability to think dynamically and outside of standard convention, and adapt quickly to new technical areas. As a Program Manager within the HW Technology Program Management organization, you will tackle Apple's silicon validation programs - from board design, through factory builds, deployment and support in the hands of silicon validation engineers.

• BS in Engineering.
• Coursework and/or internship experience in hardware design and/or project management.

• Hands on experience in silicon design, verification, or validation.
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to encourage team members with a dedication to see the bigger picture.
• Tackle to find workable solutions when unforeseen issues arise.
• Committed to improvement to own/drive project development using well-defined metrics.
• Shown experience running hardware projects from concept to production is considered a plus.
• Experience managing, organizing, and maintaining multiple projects simultaneously

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $56.65 and $85.52/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
