Description
We are looking for a highly organized, results-oriented individual with extensive experience in operational / project management. As Senior Project Manager for Creativity Apps Product you'll work closely with the Worldwide Product Marketing group-representing the customer throughout a product's journey from concept through development and launch. You will be working with the Creativity Apps teams, and you will facilitate operations between product, technology, marketing, design, legal, public relations and business. You will support business & product goals, using your expert skills to implement processes as well as improve operations and communications in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will lead day-to-day progress of tasks and results and then coordinate product requirements and cross-functional roadmaps while driving teams to meet commitments based on those plans. You will represent the Creativity Apps Product team's strategic priorities and negotiate with partners across the organization to align schedules, priorities and resources. This will require you to communicate regular updates and completion of deliverables across Creativity Apps. You will foresee and enthusiastically manage risks and dependencies for Creativity Apps initiatives, and work to ensure that roadblocks are removed and all open issues are resolved. You thrive in an ambiguous environment and are adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts. You will stay detailed down to the granular level, while maintaining a high level perspective of the project at hand. As a member of our dynamic group, you'll have the rare and exciting chance to create upcoming products that will delight and inspire millions of Apple's customers every single day. A successful Project Manager excels in program / project management, communicates with ease at all levels, is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts and leads through relationships and influence.
Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years Product Operations, Planning, or Project / Program Management experience; demonstrating increasing levels of operational responsibilities
- Experience working with subscription businesses or consumer creative software products or Product Marketing / Product Management

- You have outstanding organizational and presentation skills
- You are a pro at driving partnerships and building relationships across teams
- You have a solid track record of leading multiple complex, cross-functional projects
- You demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership to drive issues to completion
- You are comfortable in ambiguous situations and can brainstorm solutions in high pressure situations
- You have executive presence and are comfortable speaking and presenting to leadership
- You understand technical issues at a sufficiently deep level to identify gaps
- You are familiar with metrics, operations, and the complete software product lifecycle
- You have an eye towards product strategy and can provide input to help drive cross-functional initiatives forward
- You should be able to anticipate and resolve problems while staying the course on overall business and project priorities
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
