Description

We are looking for a highly organized, results-oriented individual with extensive experience in operational / project management. As Senior Project Manager for Creativity Apps Business you are pivotal to the development the business. You will be working closely with the Creativity Apps teams, and you will facilitate operations between product, technology, marketing, and business. You will support business goals, using your expert skills to implement processes as well as improve operations and communications in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will lead day-to-day progress of tasks and results and then coordinate cross-functional roadmaps while driving teams to meet commitments based on those plans. You will represent the Creativity Apps business team's strategic priorities and negotiate with partners across the organization to align schedules and resources. This will require you to communicate weekly updates and completion of deliverables of Business operations. You will foresee and enthusiastically manage risks and dependencies for Business growth initiatives, and work to ensure that roadblocks are removed and all open issues are resolved. You thrive in an ambiguous environment and are adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts. You will stay detailed down to the granular level, while maintaining a high level perspective of the project at hand. As a member of our dynamic group, you'll have the rare and exciting chance to create upcoming products that will delight and inspire millions of Apple's customers every single day. A successful Project Manager excels in program / project management, communicates with ease at all levels, is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts, leads through relationships and influence, and displays grace under pressure.
  • 6+ years Business Operations, Planning, or Project Management experience; demonstrating increasing levels of operational responsibilities.
  • Experience working with subscription businesses, financials, marketing and / or business development a plus.

  • You have outstanding organizational and presentation skills
  • You are a pro at driving partnerships with internal teams and building relationships with external partners
  • You have a solid track record of leading multiple complex, cross-functional projects
  • You demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership to drive issues to completion
  • You are comfortable in ambiguous situations and can brainstorm solutions in high pressure situations
  • You have executive presence and are comfortable speaking and presenting to leadership
  • You understand technical issues at a sufficiently deep level to identify gaps
  • You are familiar with metrics, operations, and the complete software product lifecycle
  • You have any eye towards strategy and can provide input to help drive meetings forward
  • You should be able to anticipate and resolve problems while staying the course on overall business and project priorities

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $160,700 and $241,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
