Description

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join Apple's Marcom Data Science team. In this role, you will lead strategic analytics initiatives that drive marketing innovation and improve customer experiences! Partnering closely with cross-functional business and technical teams, you will: - Define and implement roadmaps for sophisticated analytics, A/B testing, and AI/ML initiatives. - Lead all aspects of the development of comprehensive, 360-degree analyses that provide deep insights into customer behavior. - Integrate and synthesize insights from diverse datasets to deliver actionable recommendations that influence marketing strategies. - This role requires a blend of technical expertise, critical thinking, and outstanding program management skills to navigate sophisticated, data-driven projects and deliver impactful outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4 years experience with JIRA, Scrum methodologies and Data Analytics experience
  • Proficiency with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and other web measurement platforms (Adobe preferred).
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau to develop impactful dashboards and reports.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7 years experience in configuring, customizing, and managing JIRA projects, workflows, permissions, and issue types tailored to analytics teams
  • Strong understanding of analytics workflows, including data pipeline management, reporting, and insights delivery processes
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs within analytics teams, managing timelines, risks, and deliverables effectively.
  • Understanding of analytics concepts such as data pipelines, machine learning workflows, A/B testing, and data visualization best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster collaboration, align diverse analytics stakeholders, and enable data-driven decision-making.

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $115,100 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
