Description

The Printing and Airplay Partner Engineering Team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer with iOS or macOS framework development experience to join the team responsible for Apple's printing architecture. Responsibilities will include development and maintenance of the software printing stack used on Apple platforms. This role requires mature software engineering skills, an understanding of modern operating system architecture, and strong SW design fundamentals. Software development responsibilities will range from high-level UI development to low-level system implementation.
  • You have experience with Objective-C or Swift.
  • You have extensive experience developing on Apple platforms.
  • You have expert knowledge of C.
  • You have the ability to stay focused and prioritize different projects while achieving extraordinary quality

Preferred Qualifications

  • You have experience with printing systems, PDF, or other related technologies.
  • You have network programming experience.
  • You have experience working with UIKit or AppKit.
  • You have experience working on mobile / embedded frameworks (1-3yrs)

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,100 and $264,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
