Description

As a senior leader in WW Supply Demand Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of a wide range of planning activities. This includes development of supply and demand plans that maximize the customer experience and support Apple's quarterly financial goals, while minimizing finished goods and raw material liability. This person will be the focal point for the development of supply and demand strategies globally. The successful candidate will work cross functionally to match supply with demand, working closely with Sales, Finance, Product Marketing and Operations. We are looking for a highly analytical individual with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree and 10+ years of proven experience in operations planning, product planning, supply chain planning, or related fields and 5+ years experience as a manager leading teams in global organizations
  • Ability to lead a team of managers and planners responsible for creating and implementing weekly product availability plans globally, while maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
  • Drive and influence in a matrixed organization; strong cross-functional collaborator and communicator.
  • Highly analytical and business savvy to drive decision making.
  • Experience providing clear and effective executive updates.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, a persistent attention to detail, with a high level of proficiency in working with numbers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in change management and organizational strategy.
  • Ability to hire, train and develop team members capable of meeting the challenges of Apple's rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to maintain a focus on simplicity while handling complex challenges.
  • Ability to identify and execute process & productivity improvements.

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $217,200 and $326,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
