Apple is seeking to fill a Senior Financial Analyst position within the People Org Finance Team to support the financial analysis and planning for the diverse functions under the People org, including Recruiting, Inclusion & Diversity, People Services & Technology, Rewards, Apple University, and People Business Partners, among others. This role is key to driving excellence in our key processes and has many opportunities to provide insightful financial information, analysis, and insights to key partners across the Company. This role will partner with key finance leadership across Apple and report to the Senior Manager for People Finance.

Description
- Responsible for forecasting and managing spend and headcount for key functions within the People org. - Work closely with the key partners to develop monthly/quarterly forecasts and annual plan. - Provide reporting, analytics, and data insights to business partners to enable them to manage their budgets and headcount effectively. - Manage quarter end accrual process. Review actuals to ensure correct accounting treatment and requesting journal entries when necessary. - Bring your ideas and experience to drive change at Apple through continual improvement in processes, efficiency, and scalable solutions to forecasting, financial reporting, and data visualization.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant Finance work experience
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting or other related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong background in Accounting and Finance with experience managing operating expenses.
- Superb communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent teamwork skills and able to work with cross-functional teams across many levels of management.
- Attention to details and also have the ability to see the big picture while working with ambiguity and uncertainty.
- Proficient in Excel, Keynote, and Tableau.
- Experience in SAP, Adaptive Insights, Workday, or similar Corporate Finance systems.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
