Description

Claris is seeking a proven business leader with skills to grow Claris to next level. This role requires a highly motivated and proactive leader who can think strategically while staying connected to the ground-level operations of the business. The ideal candidate possesses strong integrity, creativity, initiative, accountability, communication, and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and excellence. Responsibilities will include: - Partner with leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for Claris - Identify growth opportunities within the marketplace and develop strategies to capitalize on them - Oversee all aspects of Claris' operations, including sales, engineering, marketing, product development, customer service, and finance - Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of business activities - Foster a positive and productive work culture within Claris, creating and fostering an inclusive work environment at all levels - Provide leadership and mentorship to the team - Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within Apple and in the marketplace - Ensure effective communication, coordination and alignment between Claris and Apple regarding Claris' performance and strategic direction - Represent Claris in external interactions with customers, partners, and industry associations

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 10+ years of people leadership experience, global experience preferred
  • 15+ years of experience managing software platforms/solutions from a sales, operations, or engineering perspective

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to evangelize, communicate, and collaborate well at all levels; demonstrated ability to bring cross-functional teams together within and outside Claris
  • Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
  • Proven ability to advise and challenge others while building and maintaining positive working relationships across organization levels and functional boundaries
  • Experience crafting cross-functional solutions that incorporate multiple and competing points of view and embrace meticulous attention to detail
  • Agile and responsive to dynamic business environments, with an ability to think and partner cross-functionally to solve complex problems
  • Commitment to lead, motivate, coach, and develop a dynamic team of high-performing professionals
  • Critical and analytical thinker with creative problem-solving skills; and an intellectual curiosity to identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Highly articulate in both oral and written communication

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $327,900 and $525,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
