As part of our efforts to protect our users, Apple is looking for a world-class Security Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to support a team of security researchers and threat intelligence analysts who work together and cross-functionally to drive efforts to solve security engineering challenges. Description

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to define, schedule, and execute on plans for security features and mitigations. Also, you will need to quickly identify and resolve inter-dependencies or alignment issues to support the team in partnering with several organizations. You will need to clearly escalate major concerns to appropriate stakeholders. You will be the primary point of contact with partners from multiple divisions to provide threat intelligence insights. Identifying projects risks to ensure the respect of timelines will be key. Communicating the project goals and progress to management, project team and partners will be an important part of this role. Finally, you will be responsible for identifying process improvement areas, for proposing solutions and driving roll-out.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in any Engineering field
  • Project management experience in engineering development and/or security
  • Extensive experience leading complex and large cross-functional projects

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $136,300 and $248,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
