The Strategic Data Solutions (SDS) team is seeking an individual with excellent analytical, leadership and collaboration skills to join the group as a Senior Fraud Investigator (SFI). SFIs support coaching, training, and change management for Fraud Investigators along with fighting fraud in the online store environment. We enhance the overall customer purchasing experience by efficiently and correctly analyzing orders to identify and stop fraudulent activity and determine the appropriate next steps.

Description

ASO Fraud is looking for a creative self-starter with advanced research and pattern recognition skills. As a Senior Fraud Investigator, you will review data to identify trends, complete mass action of cases, assist with ER escalations, and also partner with leaders to identify and support the knowledge development of Fraud Investigators. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance internal processes and help improve the customer experience by identifying and actioning transactions related to trends and providing real-time direct feedback.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1 year experience in ASO Fraud Prevention or 2+ years experience in another area of Fraud Prevention
