The Strategic Data Solutions (SDS) Apple Cash Fraud Investigator team is seeking an individual with excellent analytical and research skills to join the group as an Apple Cash Senior Fraud Investigator. We enhance the overall customer experience by efficiently and correctly analyzing transactions to identify and stop fraudulent activity and determine the appropriate next steps.

Description

Apple Cash Fraud Prevention is looking for a creative self-starter with advanced research and pattern recognition skills. As an Apple Cash Senior Fraud Investigator, you will review data to identify trends, assist with program escalations, and partner with leaders to identify and support the knowledge development of Fraud Prevention Investigators. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance internal processes and help improve the customer experience by identifying and actioning transactions related to trends and providing real-time direct feedback.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 12 months experience as a current Apple Cash or Takeover Fraud Investigator

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to work efficiently and seek out projects with little guidance
  • Elevated attention to detail with strong research and analytical skills
  • Capacity to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Strong written and verbal communication capabilities
  • Confidence to communicate at multiple levels, providing insight and feedback
  • Ability to collaborate with many different partner groups: Fraud Investigators, the FI leadership team, TFA, and Program partners
  • Maintains a positive attitude in a high-stress/fast-paced work environment
  • Demonstrates a passion for excellent customer focus and protection
  • Advanced judgment, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to identify business process solutions that increase efficiencies
  • Make space to listen, learn, and amplify diverse perspectives and experiences
