Description

We are looking for an experienced coordinator to provide scheduling and production logistics support for weekly workouts, meditations, social productions and events. As the Scheduling Coordinator for Apple Fitness+, you will provide critical support to the production, content, and trainer teams. You will manage trainer schedules, track PTO, and handle scheduling of multi-functional meetings, events and wardrobe requests for trainers. All of this will be facilitated through a scheduling system, ensuring every detail is accurately collected. You'll be right at the heart of production, keeping everything on track in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. The responsibilities for this role include: • Scheduling weekly workouts, meditations, social productions, trainer appointments, and PR events via a scheduling system • Track trainer time off and ensure schedules are adjusted accordingly • Assign weekly trainer background assignments and content producers • Coordinate trainer wardrobe needs for events • Schedule and handle cross-functional meetings, events, and PR engagements for trainers • Step in when needed to build and distribute daily call sheets • Some evening/weekend work may occasionally be required • This is a site based role
  • Shown experience in a production scheduling role, particularly in complex environments
  • Strong grasp of production management processes and ability to balance multiple resources and multi-functional teams
  • Experience working in live or live-to-tape, multi-camera environments
  • Proficiency in scheduling systems such as; ScheduALL, Farmerswife, Xytech systems, paired with strong IT skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to form relationships and tailor communication to different audiences
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines while managing contending priorities
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve scheduling challenges on-the-go
  • Must be proactive, a decision-maker, and have stellar attention to detail
  • Discretion and integrity in everything you do
  • Ability to adapt to rapid changes and maintain accuracy in a high-energy environment

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $119,200 and $179,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
