The WW Product Cost group provides analytical support for critical cost data including standard and actual costs for Apple. You will be responsible for the monthly consolidation of all component costs for the creation of finished goods purchase orders (POs). You will partner with multiple Global Supply Managers, Business Operations Team members, and Contract Manufacturers to consolidate the finished good costs each month.

Description

The Worldwide Operations Finance team is seeking a highly motivated SAP Administrator to support our growing and dynamic organization. This role will be instrumental in supporting day-to-day operational processes-ensuring all financial transactions are effectively set up and maintained to support Finished Goods purchases with our Contract Manufacturers (CMs). This role will also play a critical part in managing and supporting SAP systems across our global teams, with a specific focus on SAP modernization efforts and key global supply chain initiatives. You'll collaborate with teams across IS&T, Operations Finance, and regional partners in Cork, AMR, and APAC, helping ensure our SAP environment is optimized, stable, and ready to meet the demands of a fast-paced, innovative business. In this role, you will: - Support the SAP system environment, including configuration, testing, user access, maintenance, and issue resolution. - Act as a key liaison between Finance, IS&T, and Business Operations during the SAP S/4HANA migration, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on system requirements. - Partner with global finance teams to implement SAP enhancements, process improvements, and support day-to-day operations. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues, working cross-functionally to ensure minimal disruption to business operations. - Assist with system testing, data validation, training, and documentation to support SAP-related projects and upgrades. - Maintain SAP master data integrity and ensure compliance with global standards and controls.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant finance or ERP experience
  • 1+ year of SAP experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, or other related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on SAP experience (ECC and/or S/4HANA); Finance module or support to a supply chain environment a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working on or supporting system migrations, upgrades, or large-scale ERP implementations.
  • Previous experience in an operations finance or shared services environment is helpful.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical partners.
  • Comfortable balancing multiple priorities and can pivot as needed to support evolving business needs.
  • You enjoy working in complex systems and are naturally curious-always looking to dig deeper, optimize, and simplify.
  • You're highly organized, a skilled communicator, and thrive in cross-functional global environments.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
