Description
As a Salesforce Architect, you will be the subject matter expert for all things Salesforce, overseeing the architecture and strategic direction of our Salesforce environment. You will work closely with business leaders, development teams, and other stakeholders to design end-to-end solutions that align with business goals and deliver a seamless experience for users. This position focuses on designing scalable solutions, overseeing complex integrations, and optimizing platform performance to align with business objectives. You will ensure that Salesforce best practices are followed and that solutions are both scalable and sustainable for long-term success.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Salesforce System Architect, Application Architect, or Technical Architect Certification
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 3 years in a solution architect or senior developer role.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations.
- Proven experience designing complex, large-scale Salesforce architectures across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools (Git, Bitbucket, Bamboo).
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in managing large, cross-functional projects using Jira.
- Expertise in Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce DX, Lightning, and Visual Studio Code.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding development teams to achieve technical excellence and delivery.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,800 and $264,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
