The Ownership Operations team develops differentiated store experiences and supports Retail performance by analyzing and innovating the customer journey. In this role you will analyze program performance and drive operational improvements to increase revenue and enhance customer engagement, all while working to elevate the best in class customer and employee experience at Apple Retail Stores. Description

Analyze retail performance trends, customer insights, buyer surveys, and external market research to provide insights and opportunities on current and future strategies/customer journeys. Develop and present regular reporting on program performance metrics to articulate efficacy and impact of customer programs to overall Stores performance. Distill complexity and create simple and elegant solutions that can be adopted in Retail Stores globally. Partner across teams globally and with leadership to identify opportunities to iterate on existing programs or to create new programs. Able to creatively problem solve while weighing implications, tracking critical milestones, and proposing changes. Build contingency plans and know when to escalate. Contribute to an inclusive environment through respecting each others' differences and having the curiosity to learn.
  • 5+ years experience or equivalent in Strategy, Operations, Product Marketing, Management consultancy or other analytical roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to analyze data and insights, ability to turn metrics into narratives that drive action.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple strategies, programs, and projects concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for commercial enablement to enhance revenue, increased attach rates, and engagement -driving business growth through strategic insights.
  • Experience in analyzing and establishing key performance metrics using data to drive recommendations, decision, and storytelling that resonates with internal audiences.
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complexity to be easily internalized for a broad range of audiences.
  • Highly effective at building trust and communicating innovative ideas to gain consensus and build partnerships. Comfortable delivering persuasive presentations to leadership.
  • Ownership mindset and high agency to take a proactive role in problem solving and leading project work-streams from end-to-end.
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience, MBA preferred - education is just one aspect of your comprehensive skillset.

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $115,100 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
