You will be part of the Retail Finance team, managing a team focused on bridging WW strategies with ground level execution, impacting store and online performance across 350+ stores and 10+ countries. The job will entail collaboration with field leadership and a wide set of functional teams (including Ownership & Operations, Digital, Programs, Business Development). The wide range of cross-functional partners mean all team members need to be able to influence decisions effectively.
Description
We are looking for a finance leader with outstanding influencing skills, a strong executive presence, deep analytical capabilities, ample financial / quantitative horsepower, curiosity about Apple's business and strategy, polished interpersonal skills, and a "player-coach" attitude with an ability to build hard-working teams. This leader shall partner with and influence various groups, handle confidential information, and carry a very high level of responsibility and exposure.

- 8 years of relevant work experience, including people management
- Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience forming relationships at all levels of the organization in order to influence across multiple seniority levels
- Able to navigate nuanced decisions, balancing financial and non-financial considerations with sensitivity
- Passionate about understanding all angles of a problem
- Proven analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree of equivalent in a quantitative field. MBA with a concentration in Finance is desirable.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $178,900 and $269,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
