Description
You will manage a team that's responsible for defining the integration test requirements for new features across several accessories programs, and work collaboratively with internal and external partners to identify improvements that will elevate the MFi developer experience. Responsibilities: - Collaborate cross-functionally to design, build, and perform system-level tests. - Integrate new feature qualification strategies into MFi certification programs. - Define key performance indicators to monitor and track program-related success metrics, and develop action plans to improve metrics over time. - Implement structured processes and frameworks for efficient feature validation. - Champion quality, actively contributing to process improvements.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in an engineering field
- Leadership experience managing quality-focused teams
- Ability to develop metrics that measure team and program-level critical success factors
- Program management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Automotive industry experience
- Experience managing both local and remote team members.
- Experience working with 3rd-party test labs
- Experience managing external partner relationships
- Knowledge of USB, Bluetooth, ultra-wideband, and/or Wi-Fi technologies
- Experience with technology-based compliance programs like USB-IF, Wi-Fi Alliance, or Connected Car Consortium
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $164,200 and $285,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
