Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for someone to help us do extraordinary things. Our User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Project Management team ensures that our Online offerings work as designed, and deliver the magical experiences that we intend. This team understands our systems deeply, creates a test plan to evaluate our new offerings, and provides final quality signoff before they go live. Description

As a UAT Project Manager, you will direct and drive medium to large-sized, global cross-functional UAT and have a direct impact on one of the world's largest e-commerce sites. Typical responsibilities will include: - Developing deep subject matter expertise of E2E customer journeys, business processes, and impacted systems - Working with business and technical partners to understand the solutions we are building, and using this knowledge to define a test strategy that thoroughly evaluates functionality, usability, and reliability across a range of use cases. - Operating as a lead of an ASO functional track, or as the cross-functional lead of a larger UAT program. - You will manage, plan, and organize activities and tasks throughout UAT planning and execution. - Lead and collaborate with multiple UAT partner teams to connect the dots and stitch across them to drive success - Lead test resources required for successful execution of projects, and provide input to processes that drive continuous improvement aligned with industry best practices.
  • 3+ years of professional experience working in a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Project Management role
  • UAT/QC/Quality experience within an e-commerce or contact center based organization (could be user experience/web front-end, transactional back-end, or contact center applications focused)
  • Quality-focused, deeply technical, and displays analytical and problem solving skills.
  • BA/BS degree in technical field, or 7+ years relevant professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or Project Manager Certifications a plus
  • Demonstrated capability of quickly understanding complex integrated systems
  • Possesses an understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Sees around corners, identifies potential areas of concern, has a sense of urgency, and can rally teams to review and mitigate risk in a program
  • Demonstrated ability to establish relationships with partner teams and be seen as a trusted advisor and partner.
  • Demonstrates good facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Exhibits a genuine passion for innovation shown through creative strategies and continuous process improvement
  • Experience with transactional commerce systems such as SAP (S4 preferred)
  • Communicates with clarity, both written and verbally
  • Contributes to an inclusive environment through respecting each others' differences and having the curiosity to learn, and demonstrates Apple's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities
