We are looking for an experienced project manager capable of leading multiple initiatives of varying scale, complexity, and focus. This role will partner directly with the various lines of business in the organization to manage initiatives that support their strategic objectives. The right candidate for this role will have significant experience in software project management, business analysis, testing, and deployment. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Manage the end-to-end delivery of enterprise application and software development projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines; oversee project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring resources are allocated effectively. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the point of contact for stakeholders, including developers, designers, product managers, and senior leadership; drive alignment across teams and ensure clear communication of project goals, updates, and risks. This role will partner and work in lockstep with the Enterprise Program Manager for Enterprise Tools to ensure all technical designs are comprehensive. Project Management Artifacts: Consistently develop and leverage essential artifacts, including business requirements, user stories, test criteria for scripts, process workflows, customer journey maps, and compelling presentations tailored for partners. Process Improvement: Evaluate and refine project processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness; introduce and implement best practices in project management, reporting, and lifecycle management. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with partners to ensure project alignment and success; anticipate stakeholder needs and proactively address concerns or challenges. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to avoid delays and maintain project quality; create contingency plans to handle unforeseen challenges. Production Support: Address production bugs or critical issues as they arise, conducting prompt analysis to ensure swift resolution and minimal impact on business operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven track record of leadership in managing and delivering large-scale, complex enterprise software development and application projects, with 8+ years of experience in program or project management at a senior level.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to and influence senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of software development lifecycles, enterprise applications, and managing partner relationships at an executive level.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, prioritize competing demands, and drive results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in anticipating and mitigating risks to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving innovation through generative AI, data-driven initiatives, or advanced technology projects.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems ERP, CRM, or comparable applications, with a strong technical foundation.
- Advanced certifications such as PMP, Agile Product Owner, or equivalent project and program management methodologies.
- Demonstrated success in leading multi-year programs with budgets exceeding $5M and global impact.
- Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and mastery of tools such as Jira, Wrike, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong strategic vision with the ability to align projects with broader organizational objectives and long-term goals.
