Our Project Management team within Retail Technology is responsible for partnering cross functionally to lead and deliver scalable, efficient, and customer centric processes and technology solutions for our Apple Retail Store employees and customers worldwide. We are responsible for managing projects & programs that impact multiple technology platforms, including areas such as Privacy, Accessibility, Compliance, and platform transformations.

Description
In this role you will lead large and complex projects from conception through implementation across a diverse technology landscape. This role will use a variety of project/program management skills to deliver new features and capabilities for Retail Technology - Lead all phases of projects including: scope definition, resource allocation, as-is and to-be process mapping, business requirement documentation, technical requirement creation, timeline management, project documentation, communications, change management, user/integration/production testing, cutover/launches, retrospectives, and closeout - Collaborate across business and technology teams to ensure project objectives are being met, scope is understood by all partners, and the technical solutions being implemented are as simple as possible yet lasting in tenure - Strive for operational excellence by incorporating Apple's standard methodologies for Project Management along with industry standard methodologies to ensure consistent delivery of quality solutions
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience working within a technology product, project, or program management role
- Experience working in a hands-on technology role, with total ownership for driving initiatives in a portfolio, and interfacing between business and technical teams
- Demonstrated technical knowledge and experience designing, building and testing integrations between ERP platforms and upstream/downstream retail technology solutions (ex. Point of Sale, inventory management, merchandising, reservation management, CRM, resource schedule management)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with SAP, preferably multiple full lifecycle SAP Retail implementations or integrations with other Retail platforms & tools
- Demonstrated technical and analytical problem solving, with the ability to align project work with the broader strategy, with demonstrated adaptability in problem solving approach
- Demonstrated ability to manage organizational change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment within a global organization, where work may include a mix of regional or global scope
- Experience Documenting and Implementing Large Scale System Testing / QA, partnering with business, engineering, and testing teams
- BA/BS degree in a technical field
- PMP or Certified Scrum Master
