The Program Manager is part of the program team to develop and deliver these education programs to millions of supplier employees working in Apple supply chain. Job tasks include, but are not limited to program development and management, supplier management, vendor sourcing and management, internal and external communication and stakeholder engagement, convening meetings and events, data tracking and impact measurement.

Description

Design new learning programs which are needs-based, scalable and cost effective. Develop curriculums, tools and resources together with program partners and suppliers. Source new program partners or vendors to support program development and/or implementation. Apply appropriate implementation tactics to ensure program scalability across suppliers and supplier employees. Engage suppliers to the program and manage supplier performance. Manage vendor contributions to the program. Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships. Resolve issues during program implementation and initiate actions. Manage budget, monitor cost against deliverables. Ensure both quantitive and qualitative outcome of the program. Report progress of the program at regular basis. Produce accurate and timely report of program status throughout its life cycle. Organize and host meetings/supplier forums/trainings with different parties. Manage multiple programs at the same time.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • E-learning platform and course development experience.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent problem solving ability and can approach problem flexibly.
  • Drive what matters.
  • Multi-task management capability.
  • Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to command respect and to create a sense of community amongst the members of the program team.
  • MacBook user experience.
  • Proven experience in program management.
  • Presentable and communicative.
