Our team directly contributes to the development of AIML algorithms across most of Apple's products and services. We are seeking an experienced Program Manager, SPR to join the AIML Business Operations group. In this role, you will lead a team to drive critical programs and projects that provide data at scale for engineering teams to build robust AIML features for millions of customers worldwide. You will develop various project elements, create and manage project plans, recruit participants internally and partner with various operations stakeholders

Description

As part of the AIML Data Operations Team, you play a central role in enhancing the user experience and team collaboration. As the Program Manager, SPR you will be responsible for leading a team of PMs working across the AIML Data Operations org, and engaging with Client Engagement, Account and Crowd Managers, Site Leads, and Team Leads to deliver projects based per the timeline requirements. Manage resource plan for analyst headcount, partnering with Account and Crowd Managers, Team Leads and Capacity Planning to align targets and goals across portfolio. Draft and implement policies related to performance and project management of all projects delivered from your sites. Effectively communicate project status/metrics and insights to management. Work collaboratively with your peers in the other regions to drive consistent, global process. See around corners, anticipate where challenges exist, and collaborate across various teams to drive optimum, efficient processes that are global and can be standardized across all sites. Partner with Account and Crowd Managers to ensure data accuracy and timeliness of data. Manage support for project approvals, prioritization and flag outliers for leadership. Coordinate site project rollout and execution (platform changes, HC, training, metrics). Bring in consistency in project delivery via standardized templates and project management best practices Manage and guide a team of PMs to operationalize all of the above and ensure full site coverage for all business days Partner with Privacy and EHS to ensure team is appropriately managing and documenting projects as per the guidelines established. Successful candidates are highly organized, highly analytical, independent, able to make decisions based on data driven insights, and ready to dig into the details and get the job done despite practical or technical hurdles.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of project management experience preferably in mid-to-large scale operations
  • 3 years people management experience
  • Highly analytical, quantitative, and data driven decision making skills
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, relationship management skills
  • High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, creative decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in juggling with multiple concurrent projects
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in operational projects in multiple international locations
  • 4+ years people management experience supporting globally distributed teams
  • Experience/knowledge of data operation processes, quality
